Cystitis folicular. A case report and review of the literature
We report a patient with cystitis follicularis and review the literature about it. A man 78 years old with prostate cancer, who need a permanent bladder catheter. We make a desobstructive TUR, prostate resection and many nodular lesions in the lateral walls and bladder down. The diagnostic was cystitis follicularis. The cystitis follycularis is a cystitis inespecific and chronic kind with a important inflammation made of lymphocytes and plasmatic cells. Its makes lymphocytes foliculos in the bladder subepithelial wall. The indefination its alive about cystitis follicularis etiopageny, treatment and prognostic. The histopathology study is neccessary.
